Dragon’s Dogma, probably the best game ever sort of. Or it could’ve been if just … just… ugh.
Alien Isolation was a masterpiece of visual and sound design.
I picked it up this weekend and promptly put 5 hours in. I think I’m going to step away from it now so I don’t tire of it before it’s out of early access, but what’s there is fantastic. Sharp controls, plenty of loot (especially for that time frame), and a sweet progression drip that keeps you coming back. It’s basically the follow up to Rogue Legacy I always wanted.
It absolutely is, but it’s one game that I definitely could’ve benefited from being a little bit shorter. By the time I completed the A.I. Core, I was more than ready to be done.
