Urban Chaos. It’s honestly not that good but is notable for having a batshit plot.
The Rocksteady sequel on PS2 and Xbox, where you fight a gang of Twisted Metal Black reject terrorisms as a riot cop, is even crazier, and that’s the game I’m really excited to get to.
To think it took till Rainbow Six Siege for another game to explore the power fantasy of holding a riot shield.
Such perfect irony that the devs who made a game about militarized police then got to make Batman games.

Breakpoints Auroa is a carbon neutral libertaria-topia yet somehow I got just the right shot to make it look like a polluted hellhole filled with smoke and jagged black lines.
Hitman 2 (2018)
Turns out you can save yourself a campaign in Breakpoint and drop Jon Bernthal from the top. You get the quest rewards and everything.
