Do you reenact video game animations/mannerisms when you're alone at home?

I find myself mimicking the original GameCube Animal Crossing guy’s method of closing doors very often. He kind of spins and grabs the handle and makes certain he closes the door, which I think is nice.

I do make a conscious effort to push the buttons in elevators and stuff the way that Faith does in Mirror’s Edge.

One of my favourite memories as a kid was running around my garden in the rain with a stick re-enacting Sora’s distinct fighting animations in Kingdom Hearts.

Sometimes I’ll pretend I’m like a Sim from the original Sims and can only grab things with my hand stuck in a slightly cupping shaped fashion.

That’s not too weird right.

I do the Ocelot hand thing way more than I would care to admit. I made my best friend play through all of the Metal Gear Solid games a couple of years back and ever since then we would always do the Ocelot at each other.

I’ve probably said the Duke Nukem “where is it” to myself when looking for something.

When i was younger I had a nerf gun that was styled like a revolver, so I used to try and recreate the reload animation of the broken butterfly from Resi 4

Not often, but I have done this before. In front of classmates at the end of the class. It was a long day. Everyone felt the same.

Doing the Dark Souls “consume a humanity item” animation is very satisfying and I recommend it.

Sometimes I walk in place while turning my body like I have tank controls. Thanks Resident Evil.

when you’ve accomplished something big and you DON’T raise your arms up to the sky like King to celebrate your victory, you’re fake
