Iāve been playing a lot of The Witcher 3 and Burnout Paradise Remastered. I started the new Doom but put it down because Doom marine does not play Gwent. Bloodborne is also sitting there from PS+ but idk idk I think Iām good.
Edit: Iāve also been playing Fortnite with some friends.

You are indeed correct that itās changed quite a bit in the last two years. Theyāve revamped their tutorial a couple of times, and it does a better (but still not the best) job of onboarding new players.
I canāt really speak to how well it catches up people who havenāt played in a while, Iāve been hopping into the major change updates as they happened, so I donāt know if theyāll just bombard you with a bunch of new info or what lol. But I can totally answer questions if you have some. And M_o made this nice thread that people have been dropping tips in:

My power is out and itās not scheduled to be back on til sometime on Thursday. No complaints, I often regret having internet-access 24/7 365.
So last night my wife cooked lima beans on the wood-stove and I played with the guitar while we talked about whether or not it matters if we are all stuck in a spiraling simulation that explains why we exist at this particular period of time (because perhaps this is when the singularity occurs).
I also have Far Cry 5 preloaded and Iāve been enjoying using Brigette in Overwatch (before the power went out).
Looking at this thread it looks like theyāve changed the mod system again with damaged mods?

Well we came to the conclusion that being in a spiralling simulation doesnāt necessitate changing our priorities or delegitimize our experience, so you donāt need to worry bout us.

Back in college I always got amped during power outages because that meant I could push board game nights onto my roommates. Thereās nothing quite like playing Arkham Horror with only the light of four flashlights. Setup and cleanup was not fun though.

Ugh, I had a really bad night of sleep last night and though Iāve amazingly survived, Iām not sure I feel that much better from this result. Could I have subconsciously been feeling the tension and drama that was building here during that time? Since itās night time in game, Iāll reserve more thoughts until morning in game.
But! I wanna join in this videogames talk too. Vermintide 2 has been on the top of my play list lately. It came out of nowhere for me, but iām super enjoying it!
And of course, like most other weekendās I got my weekly dosage of board games in too. Legend of the Five Rings, Hardback, and one of the Exit series Escape Rooms in a box.
