Valve does not care. They wouldn’t do anything even if the harassment was done on their platform (and historically they haven’t, unless it came under media scrutiny).

Every now and then when I see someone being garbage on Steam I’ll click through to their profile out of curiosity and more than once I’ve stumbled into active, decently sized groups praising mass murderers. Valve knows what kind of community they’ve built and wont upset it until they’re forced to. As obviously bad as this Ooblets situation is there’s nothing tying it back to Steam in a way that’s concrete enough for Valve to care about.
