I’m Anth, 26 year old and recent grad from a digital media and games program in Toronto. I’ve been making small, weird, and personal games for the last couple of years. I found Waypoint after stumbling across Idle Weekend last year and quickly binging all the episodes. It’s been super cool to see Danielle and Rob here. Love the site and the podcast!

Hi! I’m someasshole! I’m not really an asshole, but hey. Anyway, I’m 31 and a Chicagoan. I, like many folks, followed Austin from Giant Bomb and Patrick from Kotaku. It’s been great watching the site develop into something that seems fresh when it comes to discussing video games. I was (and am) an avid listener to Idle Weekend, so I’m glad to see Danielle and Rob mixed in here! I don’t know Danika since I never hung around anime.zone, but she’s secretly the best one (sorry Austin).
As far as games are concerned, I’ve been slogging through Dark Souls: Prepare to Cry, Shovel Knight: Specter of Whatever, and LoZ: BotW recently. They’re great! I’m looking forward to how the forums grow! Double great!

I’m Lasse, I’m from Denmark and currently studying to be a school teacher in the city of Aarhus. I’ve been following games intensely for the last 3 years now, after being casually interested in the medium for a couple of decades. I haven’t owned a current gen console since the 360 and being poor student has resulted in my major gaming experiences over the past couple of years being restricted to youtube videos, streams and whatever measly games my laptop can run (it is currently burning a whole in my jeans as I’m playing Night In The Woods). I followed Austin over to Waypoint from Giant Bomb and I have thoroughly enjoyed the majority of the content being published on the site and I have a huge appreciation for what him and the rest of the staff are doing in order to push discourse surrounding the media forward.

Well I’m Mike aka Victus. I’m 27 and currently starting out my career in Software engineering. Like most of ya’ll I came her from being a fan of the amazing work the Waypoint crew did on StreamFiends/GiantBomb/Kotaku/Polygon/etc. It’s fantastic to meet ya’ll and I’m glad this community is already one of my favorite’s on the internet.
