Playing Halo 1 and 3 co-op with my brother is some of the most fun I’ve ever had with video games. If I had an Xbox I would be all over that collection.

They shut down our hot takes thread, but you can’t stop me: Reach is the best Halo and it’s not even close, like, at all. This is honestly really exciting news.

Halo 3 on PC is something I’ve wanted for forever, so really excited by this along with Halo Reach getting ported. Hopefully they’ll port Reach’s multiplayer as well, it’d be nice to have Firefight again. (EDIT: Turns out that Firefight is going to be a part of this \o/)
ODST is a close second. Not sure how anyone could rate the other Halos so high considering the severe lack of saxophone they have on their OST’s by comparison
My friends and I play the MCC pretty regularly nowadays, so it’s gonna be awesome to have Reach to throw into the rotation.
Really cool for PC players. The MCC had it’s issues in the past, but it’s a great product these days that doesn’t really give me any issues. It’s kinda wild to me that one of my most-played multiplayer games in 2019 so far is Halo 3 griffball.
The Reach campaign is great, and I’m looking forward to playing it again. That ending is still one of my favorite game endings ever.
I haven’t played Halo since Halo 2 on the OG Xbox (lack of consoles, not lack of interest) so I’m excited to finally Finish the Fight™.
Dang, awesome news. MCC was at the top of my “if I get an Xbox” list. Really looking forward to playing through these again, it’s been too long.
I wonder if this improves the odds of 5 and Infinite coming to PC. 
No word yet on Halo 5 (although a PC version of Forge exists), but Infinite was in fact confirmed for PC:
not to age everyone horribly but i spend my teens on 3 odst and reach and have some goodass feelings about halo so this is some exciting news!
and echoing others here hell yes Reach (and odst) is the bomb and i still listen to the odst soundtrack on the regular
I barely see the point of making new games when Halo exist. Don’t have anything to play this on, but I’m glad for all the fools who haven’t before.
