I’m willing to bet Super Mario Kart has not aged well either
No Tetris Battle Gaiden. LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE.
Honestly, that’s a comprehensive list of must-play SNES titles, with the exception of Chrono Trigger, NBA Jam, and maybe TMNT: Turtles in Time.
It’s a shame they are only going to make like 20 of them.
So did they address the issues of the tiny run of NES Minis or are they just going to 100% do the same thing again and make like 20 of these things.
Well I look forward to missing my opportunity to buy this! Mini N64 next year?
I wonder if, before we see the N64 Classic, we get…the Game Boy Classic?
An update to the story says they’re going to significantly increase production of this one, BUT there are no plans for production beyond 2017.
It was super weird to open my phone today and watch the tide of opinion and anticipation for this rise up and crater. This is a cool and interesting set of games (particularly with some games that were not part of Europe’s history with Nintendo); I’m particularly intrigued to see what form Star Fox 2 ends up taking, since it was (as far as I know) an unfinished game.
The Japanese version has Panel de Pon, which is the game that became Tetris Attack:

I am very tempted. I don’t actually know when I would get to use the thing though, especially as it is coming out at around the same time as Mario Odyssey I think? I have set up some UK stock alerts and will make a panic decision if/when any of them send up a flare.
Got mine reserved on german Amazon. That is, the european one I craved and never got as a child.
