From Smite, David “Allied” Hance, a long-time player, a friend of mine, and emotional pillar of the community was taken by cancer after a third resurgence.
You can still purchase his jersey and proceeds go to cancer research.

Not an upbeat thread but I think good people deserve at least this much. They were both important to the people around them and important to the video game communities they were a part of. Also, fuck cancer.
