If you’re wanting to test it now, it looks like it’s just a simple script flip to get it unlocked. 
I primarily use Twitter as a creative output and a font from where I might draw inspiration for my writing. Occasionally I’ll post a short, but hopefully interesting, thread of a story. The current limit pushes me to get the most out of my word use and to compact the most detail into as short-a-statement as possible. It’s a fun and challenging way to condense the most important bits.
If I were provided with a heightened limit it would simply allow me to expand upon an idea or scene better or provide a semblance of an ongoing narrative.
